Hi 

I would like to verify if the document is already been registered / notarized.

It has come to our attention that certain document was completed, but a person (my grand father. Dominador Tibayan) mentioned in that document recalls no agreement. And details of my grand father are incorrect - ID number and Issuing address of the ID.
