Hi I would like to know if I can process myself in getting my newly bought piece of land a Certificate of Title issued by the Register of Deed that should be under my name?

1. How much money I am going to spend?
2. How long will it take?
3. What documents should I bring/present or give?
4. Do you any steps to file or request the said Certificate?
5. Is there anyway to claim or get my Certificate of Title quicker? 
6. What offices should I visit?
