Hi. Good day! I would like to request po ng copy ng pagmamay ari ng lupa ng lolo ko na c Glicerio Bantayan. Isa po ako sa legitimate apo ng namatay kong lolo gusto lang po namin makakuha ng copy para po sa hearing po namin sa barangay. ibenenta po kasi ng ilegitimate child ni lolo ko ung lupa without informing us po. Nasa kanila po kasi yong titolo at ayaw po ibigay sa amin. sana  po makakuha po ako ng kopya ng record po na lupang nakapangalan po ki lolo ko. 

Glicerio Bantayan po ang name at ang address po ng mga lupa ay nasa Old Tinangis, Pili, Camarines Sur. thanks and Godbless

Response to Request

Your concern can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace and verify by title number not by lot or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
