Hello, May I the request the registered name and if possible the title number of this patent that brought of our late grandparent in a year May 16, 1949. They brought the property through deed of sale of lot 492-B, Cad 169, Nasipit Agusan del Norte that only the patent application and Patent number stated in the deed of sale which is H.A No. 204807 with Homestead Patent No. 48276. We try to apply this lot for OCT but DENR denied it because LRA Certification said that the lot is subject of annotation to quote "Con Patent 48276; Public Land". Thank you

Response to Request

For Patent concerns, it is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

You may try to request a copy of the latest tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there are no details provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at window 11 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

In case there is a title number indicated in the latest tax declaration of the property requested, you can secure a copy online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Register of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at One-Stop-Shop, LRA Central Office, window 3.
