Hi, I like to know information of the following:

1. What are the requirements for land title transfer (to the buyer)?
2. How much is the property gained tax to be paid upon transfer?
    (Seller and buyer, agreed that the gained tax is to be paid off by the buyer. The property is an empty land.)
3. How much is the market zoning price in this area:

4. The newly acquired land is to be re-assess for property tax?

Is there any way to lessen the tax upon transfer/process of land title? The buyer intention is to construct a new house.
