You asked for Summary of Lot No. without Tax Declaration of Real Property.

Response to Request

For this concern, since you do not have a title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot or tax declaration number.
