Hi, 

I want to know what are documents that we need to submit in order for us to acquire a land title? The land doesn't not have any land title. However, we tried to get the copy of the cadastral map at DENR -Calabarzon, but no record was found. We only have the Tax Declaration. Please assist.

You asked for Land Titla.

Response to Request

There are 2 ways to have a parcel of land titled. They are the following, thus:
1. Administrative Patent. You may proceed to the DENR for the requirements.
2. Judicial Decree. Please the services of a lawyer to file an appropriate petition to the court of the first instance.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
