The upgrading of road and canal is ongoing at Bagong Kalye St., Habay 1, Bacoor, Cavite. This is a P2.8M project of Cong. Strike Revilla. Before the start of the project the road used to be 5m wide. When the project started the owner of the lot facing the road claimed that the road is only 3m wide, the 2m is part of his property. We want a copy of the subdivision plan to check the veracity of his claim. We tried to get a copy from Bacoor City Hall but we are told to get it from LRA Los Baños. Due to community quarantine this is not possible.
Hope to get a copy of PSD 04-154689.
