Hello, I need a copy of the approved lot plan of the Property registered under OCT No. 0-2351. When trying to pay the estate tax, I was told by BIR that the area in the Tax Dec of the property did not match the area in the title, so they told me to have this corrected by the LRA. To do this, the Provincial Assessor in Cavite asked for the Lot Plan of that property, but it is missing. Thus, I am asking where I can get a copy of the approved plan. Thank you very much.

How was my Request?

The date portion where I had to write down the date of the document was very cumbersome. I had to click several times all the months and years to get to the date I needed---Dec. 17, 1984.  Why not just let us fill in the blanks? Thank you.

You asked for Approved Lot Plan for Property listed under OCT No. 0-2351,  a 15,240 sq  property in, Kawit Cavite.

Response to Request

<I contacted the client and asked her to send a copy of the concerned title so that I can check if it was approved by LRA (she sent a copy of the title through viber), and as checked, the plan was approved by the DENR Region 4. So I instructed her to request a copy from the DENR Region 4, Laguna>
