Your Request

You asked for Land title over timberland.

Response to Request

Generally, there is moratorium on the selling of timberlands. However, these days, there are certain areas where moratorium is no longer imposed. Please proceed to the DENR for a list of areas where moratorium has already been lifted.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
