Hello, I am a second year architecture student that requests a copy of the subdivision plan of the TCT that I got from the registry of deeds in Binangonan, I will use it for my upcoming Building Technology Plate Subject in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. You asked for Subdivision Plan of (LRC) Psd-59113, Lot 2-A-5-C-1.

Response to Request

Your concern can be requested by walk-in or in person only at windows 7 and 8 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. In case you can't request it in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
