Inquire lang po ako kung valid pa po ba yong Land Title na issued sa panahon ng Amerikano around 1936. At kung hindi panu po ito maconvert sa bagong title.

Response to Request

The concerned title number has no image in our database here at Central Office. Kindly visit the Registry of Deeds where the property is located to verify if they have a copy of your title in their vault. If none, please request a certification indicating that the said title number has no record and then comply with the needed requirements for reconstitution.
