The copy of the lot title that we are requesting is located at Malaruhatan, Lian, Batangas. Its address is M. Apacible Street, Lian, Batangas, and its owners are Jeanette Anne A. Butiong and Jose Rafael A. Butiong. As for the title number, it's TCT No. 055-2019002832.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City
Please provide the following details:
1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.
Your right to request a review
