Your Request

You asked for Technical description of a parcel of land owned by PNP.

Response to Request

If you want to secure a Certified True copy of the Technical Description of a parcel of land and the plan was approved by the Land Registration Authority, it can be requested at window 14 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. Please be informed that we cannot provide a copy of the technical description if your plan was approved by the DENR. It is required first to secure a certified true copy of the approved subdivision plan at  window 7 and 8 of the One-Stop-Shop. Please bring a copy title for reference of the Approved Plan No.

Your right to request a review
