You asked for Subdivision Plan (LRC) PSD-273291.

Response to Request

Regarding your concern with (LRC) PSD-273291, you can only request this by walk-in or in person at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In case you can't, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary). 

For PSD-00-084032 concern, it was approved by DENR. Kindly request a copy from the Regional Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). 

Your right to request a review
