I would like to request why there is a very long delay in processing the reinstatement of land title in Registry of Deeds Quezon City
All legal documents were already submitted last July 2022 and yet until now the request is just for approval.  See details below:

For your concen, I personally visited the Register of Deeds to follow-up this for you and they responded that they will prioritize your transaction as soon as possible. The concerned Register of Deeds will update you directly regarding this. Please keep your lines open.
