Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

1. The difference between the EPEB No. indicated in the Official Receipt and the Chattel Mortgage Inscription indicated in the stamp placed on the mortgage instrument.

2. The difference between the EPEB No. indicated in the Official Receipt and the Unregistered Land No. indicated in the stamp placed on the mortgage instrument.

3. Memorandum or IRR supporting the explanations for the inquiry above.
