Greetings!

I would like to request the above memorandum addressed to the Registry of Deeds for the issuance of title as it is really needed for the Settlement of the Estate of the Spouses Modesta Abragan and Cladio Yañes.

The person who processed for the above alleged that copy of memorandum was then forwarded to the Registry of Deeds of Cagayan de Oro but per verification, the above memorandum for issuance of title is not  in the ROD file nor was it received by their office.

please enlighten us or send us copy of the above stated reference.
