Sir/Madam:

The office of Bureau of Internal Revenue Revenue District Office No. 102 - Marawi City is currently investigating revenue tax liabilities for the taxable year 2019 of NIA-Lanao del Sur Irrigation Management Office pursuant to the abovementioned LOA No. dated March 9, 2022.

In relation to this, we would like to request a certified list of total landholdings and buildings with indicated information about the corresponding market values owned by the said taxpayer from 2017 to present pursuant to Section 5(B) of the Tax Code of 1997, as amended.
