Good day,

I saw in the ECC's 2022 AFS: "The parcel of land owned by ECC located at Barrio Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal is recorded at its cost of P2.500 million. The 50 hectares parcel of land was purchased as a future site of the envisioned Workers’ Rehabilitation Center Complex for disabled workers pursuant to LOI No. 856."

I would like to see the TCT, lot plan and/or any document with the technical description to check the location and how it might affect properties in the area in relation to a planned purchase.

Please respond on whether there is really a property owned by the agency Employees Compensation Commission in Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal. If none, please indicate clearly.

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be
requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds
(anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration
Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman,
Quezon City
Please provide the following details:
1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot,
name, or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry
out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public
Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response
and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received
this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar
