Hi, would just want to inquire if there are any claims or if the property with Tax Declaration # AA 14 0011 00272 under the name of Pedro Dimapilis has been registered already with LRA.

Kindly provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

If there's no title number, kindly secure first a copy of the tax declaration from the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot number or tax dec number.

Your right to request a review
