Hi, Good Day! 
To whom this may concern. 

 I hope this email/message finds you doing great! I am formally writing this request for assistance on request for OCT/Certified True Copy of Property Title (original/mother land title). We lost our original copy of the land title due to a fire incident. We do not have any saved title cert# nor any photocopies in hand. We want to know what or how the standard process for cases such as this works. We are hoping for your timely response and kind consideration. Many thanks!

Response to Request

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
