You asked for Land title registration under Centennial Homes, Kawit Cavite.

Response to Request

We can recommend to you some actions that you may take as your precautionary measures:
1. Check if the developer is registered with S.E.C.  and H.L.U.R.B.;
2. Check if the agent is a licensed broker with P.R.C.; and
3. If the parcel of land is titled, get the title number and the registered owner, and check if it is registered with the Registry of Deeds.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
