You asked for Copy of Estate Settlement.

Response to Request

We regret to inform you that the LRA's search engine for name has already been deactivated. However, you may proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality/City where the property is located and ask for a certified true copy a Tax Declaration (TD) under the name you mentioned in your query. If there is, on the face of the TD is the title number. Then you may proceed to the Registry of Deeds concerned and request for a certified true copy of that title for you to get the status of the property.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
