This is Jerwin from the Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank, Inc. 
I am humbly requesting a clear copy of the schedule of fees from the Registry of Deeds. 
The copy provided to us was blurred. 
I would be happy to receive a copy of the Schedule of Fees of RD thru my email.

I would appreciate your prompt response to this matter. Thank You!

Dear Ma'am/Sir,

Good afternoon. 

Thank you Ma'am/Sir for your prompt response. 

We have requested a copy of the Schedules of Fees from the Registry of Deeds in Cavite by our Credit and Loan Documentation Department. 

However, this copy is blurred. Please see the attached copy. 

In this case, we have many accredited developers nationwide that we are now servicing and as a bank, we finance them thru mortgaged loans. Therefore there are no specific property locations. 

Hope to have a clear copy of the attached schedule of fees.
