Good day, Sir/Ma'am.

I would like to ask for verification of tax and title of land ownership of late Isidro Pagayunan, who was a resident in Panguiranan, Milagros, Masbate. He was my late great grandfather and he was the owner of the parcels of land in his residency. The declaration of real property was filed under P.D. 1621. Further, it was assessed by the assessor with sec.14 act.no 470 in the year of 1944. We would like to ask for copies of these documents (as much as possible, latest copies).

The tax declaration no. was 651. Your response on this matter is highly appreciated.

You asked for a Declaration of Real Property.

Response to Request

Kindly verify your concern at the Assessor's Office where the property is located for you to check if the property is titled or not in the portion of OCT/TCT. In case there is no detail provided in the OCT/TCT portion, kindly request the lot status at LRA Central Office One-Stop-Shop, window 11.

Please note that we can only trace by title number, not by lot number or tax dec number.

Your right to request a review
