Response to Request

Please send a letter to the LRA Administrator requesting for general name search of your great-grandfather. Please include therein your reason for this request. Your letter will be reviewed if it is meritorious or not.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
