Hello, good afternoon. I would like to request a Clearance Certificate for Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-8700, along with Tax Declaration No. 19-03-0027-00035, registered in the name of Justiniano Jagunos. This property is situated in Calibunan, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte. I am considering the purchase of a parcel of land covered by this title, approximately 200 sqm. I want to ensure that the real estate taxes associated with this Transfer Certificate of Title are up to date. Could you please provide information on the current status of the said TCT?
