I would like to inquire about the trace back of ownership and records of mortgages of the parcel of land with a title belonging to Eliseo D. Somera, TCT no (38043) S-31414 described as (lot28, block37) PDS 16083, being a portion "E" in PSD 15720, G. I. R. O. Record No. 3712 situated in 8178 Sgt. Fabian Yabut st. Guadalupe Nuevo Makati City covered by Tax declaration No. F01501233.
