Good day! 

I am interested in buying land from NR Realty Development and these land titles were provided. May I know to whom do these lands named?

What is the current process on the transfer of titles? and can these lands be sold? Thank you


The developer cannot sell a titled property unless it owns the property and its name appears thereon as owner. As to the process on transfer of titles, the developer will be the one to process the same thru the Registry of Deeds. Thanks.
