Good Day, 

I would like to request a copy of the Subdivision Plan (LRC) PSD-102694. The location is in Brgy 78 Alande Subdivision Marasbaras Tacloban City, Leyte 6500.

 I tried obtaining a copy from the Registry of Land and also the Registry of Deeds here in Tacloban City, however they cannot release such document. I cannot somehow go to Manila to personally obtain it because of long distance from where I'm residing and also due to hectic schedule for the upcoming commencement exercises of the student.
Hopefully, this request of mine will be accommodated as soon as possible. Thank you.

Your concern can be requested by walk-in or in person only at LRA One-Stop-Shop windows 7 and 8. In your case, kindly ask for someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary).
