Hi,

We tried requesting for these info online via eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph but to no avail.  OCT was under V. Parulan and T. Manuyag but a deed of sale was executed and paid by my father M. Gosuico.  We need a certified true copy of the OCT and deed of sales for above purposes.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.
