To whom it may concern,

I would like to follow up the status of the Title for my residential property in  West Wing Villas, North Belton Communities, Quirino Highway, brgy Talipapa, Quezon City.  I have purchased it from Eton Properties. and already paid in full since  August 2, 2010 but till date the title is still not in my hand. Can you please advise if the application for title transfer under my name has submitted by Eton Properties and what is the current status? I’m sending this request seeking for your kind assistance.

In connection to your query, you need to ask the Developer for the EPEB No. / reference no., to be able to track the status of the transaction.
