Good day! I would like to verify if the owner, Melody A. Dela Tongga had paid off her mortgage  for a certain land in Barangay Bacao, General Trias, Cavite ( Lot 18, Block 38-C of the Consolidation - Subdivision Plan PCS -04-025818, Being a portion of Lot 1597-A, PSD-26890, LOTS 1-68, Block 38, PCS-04-017881), Situated in Barangay Bacao, Gen. Trias, Cavite. This land is due for purchase and I would like to know if it is a clean title. Thank you so much. for your assistance.

Your request can be done by visiting the Register of Deeds where the property is located (viewing of the attachments/necessary documents used in the Transfer Certificate of Title/verifying if the mortgage was already cleared or not).
