Good Day! I would like to request for verification of the Lot for sale that is located in San Mateo, Rizal. I am looking for a lot for sale as my future investment, then I saw this post on Facebook that this seller is selling his land at very low price. Could you provide some documents or information of the title is legit and if the seller of the land is the real owner of the land. Upon researching the developer and the seller, it seem that it is quite suspicious since the developer is not registered in HLURB and the name of the seller did not match on the Transfer Certificate of Title.

Response to Request

We cannot provide you the things that you want from the LRA. However, we believe that the last paragraph of your request has answered your question. Under the caviat emptor "Buyers Beware", it is necessary indeed that buyers need to be careful in buying properties/commodities. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
