If you would want to verify, secure a copy of the concerned title and/or recheck if there are annotation/s in it, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
