Hi good am. I just want to check if the property with TCT/CCT No. 569408 has no lis pendens or any previous cases. Coz i am planning to purchase this property. Can i also have the copy of its latest realty taxes and title. Waiting for your response. thank you

You may proceed to any Registry of Deeds and request for a certified true copy of the title since you know the title number. And as to other document/s that you need, please proceed to the Municipality where the property is located and go to the Assessor's Office and Treasurer's Office and give them your other request/s to them.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
