Hi,

I would like to know how to obtain a title report of a piece of land in Marikina City that I'm intending to buy.  I'm here in the U.S and would not be able to travel until certain that land has clear title.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available in any Register of Deeds but needs physical presence during verification along with a photocopy of title.
