Hi, I would like to make a query on whether or not an owner still needs to pay a processing fee in order to correct a typographical error made by the Register of Deeds on a CCT.

 The error consist of a space added by the Register of Deeds on the location of the property. Instead of the location being" xxx FORT BONIFACIO xxx", the Register of Deeds typed the word " xxx FORT BON IFACIO xxx" (there was a space between the letters N and I). 

When I raised this error, the RD of Taguig told me that I need still pay a processing fee in order to correct the error.
