Hi,

May I request for the following documents below?

1. Presidential Decree 1143 issued February 23, 1976

2.  Presidential Decree 892 issued February 16, 1976

I am requesting the above documents to verify certain sections in the laws about the valid means of proving land ownership. I have read that and watched discussion that the mother title of all Transfer Certificate of Title(TCT) should be the Royal Decree 01-4 which is TITULO DE "PROPIEDAD DE TERRENOS ROYAL DEGREE 01-4 PROTOCOL" that PD 1143 section 8 has stated.

requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds
(anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration
Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman,
Quezon City
Please provide the following details:
1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property
Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot,
name, or tax declaration number.

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry
out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public
Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.
Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response
and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received
this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar
