Hi! I would to verify if the said TCT lot.no. 106 with TCT no. 134881 is a land legally registered ( from the original owner named  EMILIANO SARAD).ANd I would like to ask a clear copy  TRANSFER certificate of title with the below information:
- of lot no.106 with TCT no.of 134881 location in barangay enclaro,binalbagan negros occidental, philippines
- with SV no. 148479 as stated in the TCT 
- with reference no.of 2016004194
- with OR no.1011553312
- with  original certificate title no. RC 12771,as stated based from a copy of CTC
- registry of deeds record in the province of negros occidental
