Pursuant to eFOI#DENRLMB-007260719436 (10/03/2023):  
I would like to humbly request LRA - San Fernando Pampanga to provide Block number and Plan number; these are the ff. info missing in my newly-issued TCT and Tax Declaration. 

I will attach pertinent documents in my next message (P.S.).

Greetings!

If you would want to verify and/or secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Dear Sir/Madame,

But I already provided the ff. (please see attached file "excerpt of previous owner's TCT.jpg"): 
1. Title number 
2. Registered owner 
3. Location of the property 

I also tried eSerbisyo online already but it is looking for the ff. (please see attached file "LRA eSerbisyo Portal -request pause.jpg"): 
1. Block no.
2. Lot no. 

Please note that the Registry of Deeds San Fernando Pampanga is so far from me to reach as I am a PWD, and I can only depend on your online services. I am willing to pay whatever is fairly due.

I implore you to please lengthen you attention span in perusing my letter and all the attachments so you could fully understand the my problem this second time around.
