As an addendum to my attachment, kindly see the attached screenshot that I made and, you would observe that I happened to procure from your good office the corresponding Decree ( i.e., Decree # 137737, dated 01 September 1923) pertaining or vis-a-vis OCT # 2375. Notice also, I procured it certifiably in the year 2017.
