Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 16, 2021 06:06:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Real Property Tax Declaration.

Response to Request

The LRA is not the proper agency for securing a Tax Declaration, Please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the City or Municipality where your property is situated. Then request for a list of requirements on how to transafer transfer ownership of the Tax Declaration. I believe one of them is a certified true copy of the title which covers the parcel of land. That's where the Registry of Deeds, under the Land Registraton Authority, comes in.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
