This is Louie G. Sanlad. I would like to verify of the availability of my land title from Pulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay which my family applied for an individual title from the Department of Agrarian Reform since 2007.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 17, 2020 11:44:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Verification of Land Title.

Response to Request

If you do not know the title number, please proceed to the Assessor's Office of the Municipality or City where the property is located and make a request for a certified true copy of a tax declaration (TD) pertaining to the parcel of land owned by your relative. On the face of the TD, you can see the title number of the property if it is titled. Then if it is a titled property, proceed to the Registry of Deeds concerned and request for a certified true copy of that title. It will give you the updates of your title when you compare the registry copy with the owner's duplicate copy.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
