TCT Not Put as an Encumbrance at Back of the Mother Title

Dear LRA:

I have a copy of a mother title (of an hacienda) taken from an ROD in Cotabato Province. This mother title has been partially cancelled according to ROD as various portion of the property were "given" to beneficiaries of Land Reform as EP. Many of those given property has been "written" on the additional pages of the mother title, as I understand, as an "encumbrance".

However, there was a particular "TCT" of a certain individual, that accordingly, was from this mother title. However, it was never indicated as an "encumbrance" at the back of the mother title.

Possible? Or its fake?
