would like to ask a copy of certified True Copy of our Lot WITH THE FOLLOWING TCT NOS.:
     TCR T- 183194 and TCT T- 138790 both lot located at the 
      municipality of Orani, Province of Bataan. 
The title is under the name of my deceased mother CLARA C. TOLENTINO.
I requested a certified true copy of the said TCT  in the LRA Central Office kiosk at East Avenue on March 25, 2021 but the status in online is still "Records officer".
