B. S. Architecture 5th year student from Don Honorio Ventura State University, is
currently conducting research and collecting data regarding for our thesis proposal. Revitalizing Pasig river ferry. We please to request the soft copy of every ferry terminal station. and 1 site located also in pasig. the details was included in the letter we submitted in Ugnayan. We are hoping to send all the details thank you.

You asked for Lot bearing of the ferry station site/Tax Declaration of Real Property.

Response to Request

If you would asked for Lot bearing of the ferry station site, you secure a copy of the concerned title, it can be requested online through eSerbisyo or at the nearest Registry of Deeds (anywhere-to-anywhere transaction) or at window 3 of the Land Registration Authority One-Stop-Shop located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. 

Please provide the following details:

1. Title number
2. Registered Owner
3. Location of the property

Please note that our office can only trace and verify by title number, not by lot, name, or tax declaration number.

Regarding Tax Declaration, you may inquire or ask assistance in the Assessor's Office of the City Hall.

Your right to request a review
