Hi there! I would like to request and official list of land titles that are still under my late father, Ernesto Peña Paat Sr. up until now. Reason for this is, my siblings have recently expressed an intention to sell the remaining properties under my father’s name. They were asking me to sign a general SPA covering all other properties under my father’s name but I refused to do so. My main concern is that they could still find a way to sell the properties without my knowledge. Hope to hear from you soon.
