I would like to request a blueprint copy of the approved survey plan located at Brgy. Pinmaludpod, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, with the following details:

Lot No: 1-C
Plan No: PSD-169489
Portion of: LOT 1, PSU-24063, LRC REC. NO. 21678
Location: Brgy.Pinmaludpod, Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan

I already contacted DENR La Union but I was informed that this document is only available at the Central Office.

This document is a requirement by PAGIBIG for the approval of the Housing Loan.

You asked for Approved Survey Plan.

Response to Request

Your concern can only be requested by walk-in or in person at windows 7 and 8, LRA One-Stop Shop of the Land Registration Authority located at East Avenue corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City. If you can't visit us in person, kindly ask someone to request it for you (SPA is not necessary). 

Verified this plan number at LRA-OSS Window 8 and the concerned plan number is available here at Central Office.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an e-mail to our Public Relations and Information Section at pris@lra.gov.ph.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
